Frequently Asked Questions

Website Questions

  • Once logged in as the primary account user, go to Edit Profile under the Members tab and select Additional.
  • Click + Add New Contact to add a contact or update the existing contact’s email address.
  • Make sure to save your changes. Once saved, they will be able to log in!
  • Logging in for additional contacts: please note, you should reset your password once logged in – click "Change" located below your contact information on the profile form.
  1. In the menu, hover over "Members" (or tap if on mobile).
  2. In the first column, click "Pay Online" which directs you to the "Donate & Online Payments" page.
  3. Input your information, select "Dues" and update the amount section.

  2. In the third column, under "Directory" there are two options: "Online" allows you to search for members by name, "Print" is a downloadable PDF that includes additional information such as Member Type.
  • Events are listed under the Club Info section under the Members tab.
  • The Member Events calendar is located below the Public Events and you must be logged in to view.
    • New feature! Event registration online is now available – for select events, you can register online. When you click on an event, you will see additional event details and a "Register Now!"  Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation.
  1. Login to your account
  2. In the menu, hover over "Members" (or tap if on mobile).
  3. In the third column, under "Club Info" click "Events"
  4. Scroll past "Public Events" to see the "Member Events" calendar.
  5. In the top left corner of the calendar, hover over "Subscribe"
  6. Click one of the options from the dropdown:
    1. Add default device to calendar
    2. Add to your Google calendar
    3. Copy feed/URL to your clipboard
